Is there a parking ordinance in that City of Sandusky that prohibits parking on the roadway for snow removal?
Actually, the City of Sandusky prohibits parking on city streets from 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. throughout the year. In the winter we use this time to clear the snow from the streets. In the spring, summer, and fall the street sweeper does cleaning during this time. We also use this time period to drain fire hydrants when needed.
