VISA will not allow a banking fee assessed as a percent. We could not come up with a constant flat fee that would be fair for all purchases. Example: If the flat fee was $55. o Payment on your account balance is $2000 you would be paying about 2.75% convenience fee. o Payment on your account balance is $500 you would be paying about 11% convenience fee.
