What is a skip payment?
This is a Union Privilege negotiated benefit for Union Plus Loan customers. You may skip up to two designated Personal Unsecured Loan payments in a rolling 12-month period. As long as your union membership is in good standing and you’ve been making your payments on time. Your account will not go past due during a skip payment month, however, finance charges will continue to accrue. You simply make up the skipped payments later, along with the additional interest, and the time required to repay your account will be extended. Some additional restrictions apply. Skip Payment Privilege is a special benefit negotiated for UFCW Cardmembers. You may skip up to two designated payments each year or 12 month period. While the Account will not go past due during a skip payment month, periodic finance charges will continue to accrue. To find out if you qualify to skip this month’s payment, please call Customer Care at 1-800-771-7321. Note: Your Account must be current in order to use a skip payment.
