I have it, or rather HAD it. After several years of dealing with it, the drugs, the bad reactions to the drugs, and the misery and fear of the next asthma attack, I finally moved from the environment that was causing the allergy (my office) and after about a year the asthma was gone. I still have the normal pollen related allergies, but have not had an allergy attack in 6 years. When I feel my eyes, nose, or throat starting to itch I take a dose of Children’s Benadryl and that takes care of it. A doctor once told me that multivitamins with zinc (like Stress Tabs or Centrum) would help control the allergies, too. They never did much for me and the vitamins always gave me indigestion, but it might be worth a try for someone else.
