What three main principles did the USAs Founding Fathers establish to base the government on?
If there were three primary guiding principles, I would surmise those to be the fundamental rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness as laid out by Thomas Jefferson in the Declaration of Independence. I believe the Constitution was intended to reflect and preserve those basic rights. If anyone knows of another “three main principles,” I hope you will enlighten us.
