What does under offer mean?
Hello Willow, I am more than certain, that Under offer means that an offer has been made, and unless it is bettered by another offer, that the seller will accept the offer on whatever it is /was for sale, so if whatever it is, is really wanted by yourself, you are going to have to make a better offer, then the ‘Under Offer will stand against your name, and if your offer is not bettered, the goods will be sold to you for whatever you have offered, can yoiu understand what it is I have written, if not, you may E.Mail me and I WILL CLARIFY, all the above for you..Good Luck…Tony M
