To enable the use of DNSBL and the SpamCop Blocking List in Exim, simply: • Go into “acl_check_rcpt:” • Add: deny message = DNSBL listed at $dnslist_domain\n$dnslist_text dnslists = sbl.spamhaus.org:bl.spamcop.net:cbl.abuseat.org The ‘message’ is what’s sent in the SMTP error message to the client, and the ‘dnslists’ field is a colon seperated list of DNSBL zones.
