What is auto renewal?
HSLDA sends out renewal notices approximately six weeks before your membership anniversary date. However, if you choose to use the payment plan, you will instead receive new membership cards for the coming year, along with a letter reminding you that you last chose to have your membership automatically renewed.
Auto-Renewal, as the name suggests, means that the services you have chosen to buy from us would be renewed prior to their expiration, automatically. You don’t have to make the purchases manually, every time, nor do you have to remember the expiry dates. All you need to do is provide us your credit card details or PayPal information. As a part of our stringent security measures, we do not store the credit card details. All that we maintain, is the last 4 digits of your credit card so that Auto Renewal is executed successfully. We re-new your services before the due date and also keep you informed through emails. The Auto-Renewal takes place a few days prior to the date of expiry of the services you have purchased.
