What happens if my hard disk crashes or I get some other fatal problem with the PC that I am running the KEPServerEX on?
Although we prefer that you transfer a license from a PC before repairing it we are aware that accidents happen and hard disks crash. When this happens the only option is to re-enter the license number after re-installing the software and get a new unlock Password. Keep in mind that you do have a 10 day grace period after entering the S/N so if this happens on a weekend or holiday you can get back up and running by hitting cancel in the password window then calling or e-mail the new password request to Kepware. You will be asked why the product is being re-enabled.
