Yes, SurfBest has a setup utility. It is not a stand-alone dialer, but rather configures Dial-Up Networking, a component of Windows, as well as Outlook Express for your email. The software is now compatible with Windows 95, 98, ME, XP, and 2000. It is not compatible with any Mac or Linux systems – they have to be configured manually. SurfBest does not provide browsers or email client software. You will need a browser, such as Internet Explorer or Netscape. We do have web-based email on our website.
