I restored my license from the “rrg” file, but Media Jukebox still thinks Im not registered. What do I do now?
There was a problem in some older versions of MJ which caused the rrg file to get corrupted. We have an update which should fix the problem for you. Please click on this link to download and install the update. Note that you MUST exit Media Jukebox before doing this procedure. When the install is complete, go back into Media Jukebox and try the restore procedure again. If this does not fix the problem for you, the rrg file must have been corrupted in some other way and you won’t be able to restore the license. Q: I can’t restore my license. It doesn’t work.
