If future bills are received, the easiest thing to do is have them sent to the Roberta Richmond, Chief Financial Officer of Girl Scouts of Black Diamond Council. She will check to make sure that a completed claim form is on file, and call Mutual of Omaha, get the claim number assigned to the case, and mail the bills to them.
