How to be fight with lazy?
Set a schedule for your day, and find a friend or relative to partner with in accomplishing your goals. It would be a good idea to get a check up from your physician if you feel fatigued. Also check into counseling. Sometimes feeling “lazy” is actually a sign someone is struggling with depression.
Instead of fighting laziness, embrace some of its aspects like your ability to relax. Try going to different places and savoring what is around you. Not only will you feel less lazy because you are out, you will become more happy which could help with the possibility of your laziness being caused by depression.
Fix a schedule and learn to follow it everyday till it becomes a habit. Procrastination as the term is means to avoid and run away from impending tasks. Everyone procrastinates more or less. But ‘disobedience is a demand for change’. Aim your passions and ignite them, learn and figure out what you like doing best with no inner resistance. Ofcourse sex is pleasurable but its an urge and all the time it can’t be pursued. Try something productive and fulfilling job or task. Don’t start with difficult tasks rather start the more convenient ones and move up the ladder gradually. Find a purpose of life and commit and engage in a lifestyle which recognises you as a working part of society. Don’t bother of tagging tasks as high or low for it causes procrastination. Just go with the flow and don’t thunk just act and break the inertia of inaction. God Bless.
