From what I’ve found the NFPA (National Fire Protection Agency) is the accepted standard in Canada. They claim to have adopted and comply with any ANSI standards as well. Unfortunately you have to sign up and create an account with the NFPA (see link below) to access any of the actual code. An alternative is to actually purchase a code book as well. NFPA 13 seems to be the standard when it comes to sprinkler installations.
