How do I get rid of stomach fat and tighten my abs?

Well, what are you eating? What cardio are you doing? Sometimes certain exercises just dont help enough for certain bodies. Do you do cycling? I dont know about you but for me it works up a sweat better than jogging. I havent done these latley, and I should, but try sand find what works up a sweat for you and keep going with that for more than 20 minutes, cause that’s when you start burning fat. Also hula hooping for 30 minutes a day will help with the tummy area. I still find it curious that your stomach fat hasnt shifted… Maybe if you’re really concerned, you can consult a dietician. I’m thinking of convincing my mom to let me do the same.
