I’m not sure if this answer is correct for all Tamagotchi’s, so let me know if your Tamagotchi is different. I think: 1 Meal increases weight by 1 oz; 1 snack increases weight by 2 oz; and playing 1 game decreases weight by 1 oz. There is a fine balance between weight and happiness.
