What is Included in a Material List?
Material Lists are the complete list of the building materials that you need to complete construction of the home. They include all of your typical materials such as lumber, insulation etc. Usually, not included are appliances, plumbing, mechanical, fixtures, and various interior finishings. Please double check that when a material list is available with preferred foundation type. Some of our designers only offer it for their standard foundation and not alternates.
