Shakes available in?
Currently one. We call it Weathered Wood. As with any polyurethane based material, some color change occurs with sun exposure. Knowing that, CeDUR was engineered with this weathered wood color target in mind. This color change requires approximately 3 to 4 weeks of sun exposure. After this time period, color change is imperceptible. The weathered wood look remains for the life of the roof. How much water does the CeDUR Shake absorb? Basically none. When tested through full submersion for 7 days, CeDUR Shakes absorb less than one half of one percent water by weight. They essentially weigh the same dry or wet. In fact, CeDUR Shakes float on water. This feature also gives the CeDUR Shake its superior freeze/thaw performance.
