Pumpkin seeds are my favorite part of the pumpkin by far. Remove the seeds from the inside of the pumpkin and rinse them off in cool water. Lay the seeds out on a cookie sheet and salt to taste. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees or until the seeds turn light brown. Wait for them to cool and enjoy.
