• Heat the butter or oil in a pot or wok over medium heat. • Cook the potatoes, onions, and garlic for about 8 to 10 minutes. Stir frequently so that they don’t stick to the pot. • Add the carrots, creamed corn, peas, tofurky, and seasonings to the pot. • Turn down the heat to a medium-low and cook for an additional 5 minutes. • Carefully pour in the milk. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes. • Prepare the bottom pie crust into a pie tray. Use a ladle to scoop the mixture and smooth it out on the crust. • Layer the top crust on top of the mixture.
