how did the virgin mary become pregnant?
The Virgin Mary was visited by angels. They told her she was chosen to be the mother of the Son of God. She did not become pregnant by physical contact with a human male. When she accepted the request to become the mother of Jesus, the Holy Spirit performed a miracle and Mary was pregnant. Remember that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are the Holy Trinity (three parts of God).
