What entails PLDA on European level?
In the future PLDA will be a part of European initiatives. For export there are the projects ECS and AES. ECS (Export Control System) is for the communication between the office of export and the office of exit. The office of exit (the office where the goods leave the EU) receives from the office of export the data of the declarations and needs to report the export of the goods to the office of export, based on the data of PLDA. AES (Automated Export System) is situated after ECS and entails for example the export declaration electronically for the economic operators.
