The CFEd study program is comprised of 16 units. Included are: Life Planning, Understanding Adult Learners, Insurance, Investment Essentials, Retirement Plans, Debt Management, Tax Planning and Estate Planning. Emphasis is placed on techniques useful in educating adult learners in all subject areas. Applicants for the CFEd designation must successfully complete a 160 question proctored exam designed to prove their competency in understanding these areas.
