Proposals related to Handicrafts Sector are submitted by the Executing Agency in Handicrafts Marketing Centres of O/o DC(H) which are scattered across the country. The Marketing Centre sends the same to the concerned Regional Offices where the proposals is examined and further sent to Head Quarter Office for sanction. Head Quarter Office obtains the approval of competent authority for the proposal and after the approval letter to this effect is sent to the concerned Executing Agency.
