Why not think about moving back home?
Yes, you read it right. Moving back home may not be the right answer for some but if you have good relations with your folks, there’s no reason for them not to welcome you unless you weren’t in good terms but then, once you’re down and out, you’ll do whatever you can just to live through the day. Practice humility and be thankful. Tell your folks your current financial condition before even trying to show up at their doorstep and if they ever offered you to stay until you get back on your feet, go ahead and swallow your pointless pride and do so. Of course, don’t be lazy but help in their daily grind, chip in and help with household chores, I’m sure they’ll appreciate it and don’t forget to say thank you as many times when needed and mean what you say, show it if you must. Or else, find a friend where you can stay temporarily but do the same things above, be useful and thankful. Seek financial counseling if you may.
