So … Is It the Best Self-Tanner on the Market? Tuesday April 19, 2005A couple weeks ago, I mentioned Clarins Self Tanning Milk was the ‘best self-tanner’ on the market, according to Emily Vargas, assistant manager of C.O. Bigelow Apothecaries. What I didn’t tell you is if I think it works. I’m here to report it does. Beautifully. I’ve been slathering it on for a couple weeks now & getting a ton of compliments on my ‘tan.’ It works great as a sunscreen as well.
