All videos on this site are encoded in MPEG4 H.264 format in a resolution or 576 by 432 pixels. Videos are provided in these three different qualities: • High Quality (Approximately 1024Kbit) – Suitable for 1Mbit connections and faster • Medium Quality (Approximately 512Kbit) – Suitable for connections up to 512Kbit • Low Quality (Approximately 256Kbit) – Suitable for connections up to 256Kbit For slower connections, we recommend using the download option when available.
