Nothing is going to change until we realize and admit that America is not about democracy. America is about the money. A real democracy is about due process. Patriot Act legalized Gitmo and made due process a crime. Capitalism is every man for himself and screw your neighbor. A real democracy is about the people and their rights. One for all and all for one. A real democracy elects presidents. Capitalism appoints. A real democracy promotes, defends and upholds free speech for real people. Capitalism upholds, defends and protects free speech for fictitious, non-entities otherwise known as profits. Money laundering is a crime in a democracy and a court approved activity in a capitalistic society. In a real democracy there is no such thing as elite rich at the expense of children and families who t go to bed hungry because they can not afford to buy food. In a real democracy where people matter there would be a cure for cancer and aids. In a real democracy where people are more important
