What are the values I strive to embrace?
Jesus Christ: In a world with many gods, Jesus Christhis life, death and resurrectionis the unique cornerstone of human history. In spite of our shortcomings, Jesus invites us to follow him by faith, experience the grace of God, and discover the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit. Empowerment: Jesus displayed trust. He did not micro-manage His disciples, but turned the keys to the kingdom over to them after a time of preparation. Accordingly, the Spirit bestows to all believers unique natural and spiritual gifts to use for the building of Christs Church. Teamwork: Jesus modeled collaborationpeople working side by side to accomplish shared visions and goals. His calling of apostles and disciples to share in His ministry is the ideal method for accomplishing ministry objectives. Accountability: Through parables, Jesus underscored that we are ultimately accountable to Him for our actions.
