The Pham family of Macon, Georgia purchased the property in the fall of 2005. They are committed to preserving the property as a significant historical edifice, whilst offering the modern luxuries that are befitting of a well-appointed vacation home. The Pham family has enjoyed vacationing at Sea Island, Georgia for four generations, and wishes to continue this tradition by offering others access to one of Sea Island’s most historic cottages through the Cottage Rentals program.
