Does any one have diet advice?

Hi I work as a Personal Trainer and the best results I get with clients are when they control their carbohydrate and sugar intake. I would just say this eliminate as much sugar out of your diet as possible and look at reducing the amount of grains you eat in the forms of breads, pasta, rice, wheat etc. Forget diets as such and just concentrate on eating a blalanced plan of clean whole foods including fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish and nuts. If you do eat grains try to have them earlier in the day as the body is more sensitive to them in the evening. Just make sure you eat small meals and often 4-5 times a day and limit portion sizes. For the average woman a daily intake of around 1500-1800 calories should be fine.
