What does the term “offeror” mean?
“Offeror” is a term used in the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) hazardous material regulations. Since the manifest serves as a shipping paper for the purposes of compliance with U.S. DOT hazardous material regulations, the term is also used in the hazardous waste manifest regulations.
