Is there a worship team or single worship leader?

We use worship teams and have a number of musicians and vocalists who contribute to these teams. We currently have 5 or 6 worship leaders who give leadership to these teams. This includes teens and young adults. We are always looking to develop more leaders and musicians. Our philosophy is to identify, equip and release people in their areas of gifting.
