Why does Anu taste like chlorine?
Anu contains a low concentration of hypochlorous acid (HCLO), which is a sister molecule to chlorine. HClO naturally occurs in the human body, specifically in white blood cells. The EPA has recognized HClO for its action against protozoans, bacteria, mold, fungi, and viruses. It is a safely consumable solution that destroys E. coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, mold, and fungi on contact.
