What is the damage/cancellation policy?
All damaged/broken equipment and missing components (remote, cables, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer renting the equipment. A price sheet for all components will be placed in each case to ensure that all customers are aware of the costs that will be charged if equipment is not returned complete. All equipment cancelled prior to the shipping of the equipment will result in no cost to the customer as long as APR does not incur any charges from the shipping company. If the equipment has been shipped, the company will be responsible for those shipping costs charged to APR, as well as a 15% cancellation fee for the total price of the rental costs.
