Where is St. Paul, Minnesota located?
St. Paul is located on the Mississippi River. It has about 300,000 people; a fairly big city. It is a pretty diverse community and we have the largest concentration of Hmong population in the entire country. The Hmong population is of Southeast Asian descent. They are refugees from that area. The Vietnam War was when they started coming here. They are mostly Cambodian, but other parts of that area, too.
