What is hotel ownership?
Sunday River’s Grand Resort Hotels offer fully deeded property with a unique quarter-ownership program. Our studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums are located within full-service hotels. Each quarter provides the owner with seven days of usage, approximately every fourth week – for a total of 13 weeks per year. The design of the rotation calendar gives each owner all 52 weeks of the year within a four-year period. Every four years you’ll receive Christmas week and New Year’s week back to back!
