What is a good marinade for flank steak?

0

Flank Steak Marinade 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup salad oil 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup vinegar 1 1/2 tsp parsley 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp dry mustard (I never have this, I dump in 2 tbsp real mustard) 1 1/2 tsp pepper (freshly ground is good) 1/4 cup lemon juice garlic powder Mix this all together in a large ziploc bag. Place a flank steak (about a pound) in the bag and try to seal out as much air as possible. Marinate for a day (that’d be 24 hours) in the refrigerator, flip every now and then for an even marinade.
