Teaching students how to save money is a lesson that will serve them for the rest of their lives. A lot of people who get into financial trouble in their adult life never really learned how to save and handle finances when they were younger. Show them how to use a registry and have them track all of their spending as if they were using real checks. Teach your students how to set a monthly budget.
