What funds are needed to move in?
You will need to pay a reserve deposit of $100 less than the monthly rent amount to secure a property during the application process. The reserve deposit will become your security deposit held for your lease period if your application is approved and all required documents submitted. First and last month’s rent are due upon your move-in date. A $35.00 application fee (per tenant) has to be paid as well.
