What is Instant Equity?
It is standard practice for builders to pay and then mark up the cost of the community fees mentioned above so they are included in the sales price, with profit. If you would like to build “Instant Equity” with your home immediately, Kent Homes will allow you to pay for these fees directly with no mark-up. Or if you would prefer, Kent Homes will be happy to handle this for you for a nominal fee.
