What careers do previous graduates have?
Ours is a small program, and all of our students who have graduated within the last few years have found rewarding jobs. One teaches in Window Rock, Arizona; one is at California State University, Fullerton; one is the research director for the Minnesota State Department of Education. Another graduate is a tenured associate professor at the University of Connecticut, another went to Northern Colorado State University and four others are at Kennesaw State University in Georgia. Additionally, one has a tenured position with Mesa Community College, and one (a student working jointly with English and language and literacy) is the director of student teaching at Vanderbilt University and still another is at Louisiana State University at Monroe.
