What is a CUL?
A CUL stands for Concurrent User License. Essentially it is the number of people that can be connected to your server at any one time. Since a typical connection is only a few seconds a 20 CUL server can handle hundreds of users. If you would like assistance determining how much of a server you need contact support@inm.com. Usually the problem is that the users do not have read and write permissions for that computer.
