What will the fields look like?
Put simply, the fields will look like well maintained grass fields. They will be attractive to look at and have not detracted from neighborhoods in locations where they have been built close to homes, such as the Lasell College fields in Newton. A synthetic turf field is also planned for Newton North High School as part of the new school construction project. Other synthetic turf fields in Newton are at the YMCA and Boston College Centre Street campus.
