• Take a tablespoon of coffee and place it in the center of the paper towel. • Create a sack using the paper towel by pulling it up on all sides, so that the coffee bulges below your fist. Make sure that you hold the paper towel tightly so that there are no openings. • Using water, (simply by placing it under a faucet), wet the part of the paper towel that is holding the coffee. • Squeeze the end of the paper towel with the coffee until all excess water is removed. This part of the paper towel should turn a light brown. If it has not, press it firmly against the palm of your hand. • Take the coffee-filled end of the paper towel and make firm, yet short, repeated dabs all over the paper. You should get a light brown marking appearing across the paper. If not, substitute quick dabs with firm, 4 second presses. • Repeat this process as desired. Place stained paper in front of an open, meshed window to dry quickly, if possible; otherwise, lay it on a flat surface. It will take about 5-10 m
