What is it like to leak amniotic fluid?
I was leaking amniotic fluid at the end of my last pregnancy. I t was clear fluid and did not have a smell. I told my doctor about it and he had me go for an ultrasound to see how much was lost. I ended up having to be induced as too much fluid was lost and it was not good for the baby. The placenta was covered in dark spots as a result of the lost fluid and was not nurishing the baby proper.
