Does the MOM work with dialling connections?

The MOM is not at all affected by either a permanent connection or a dialling connection. If you want to connect to the ISP automatically when the backup starts, you can go to [Control Panel] -> [Internet Options] -> [Connections] and always select connect my connection by defect.
