Algae eating helper or expensive snack?

Good morning Bob, Let me first start by thanking you for the sound advice we have received from you over the years, once again here I am with a question. Our 72 gallon tank has been converted to a more aggressive habitant tank. It presently houses a Lunar Wrasse and a Picasso Trigger. Both enjoy a great amount of space and freedom (the trigger known as “Pablo” ripped apart a 3 year old bristle star that we had) as well as the convenience of being fed at least twice a day. During the last tank cleaning I noticed that the top was getting scummier and that the glass was coated with algae more often. The water within is great, the tank hold over 100 pounds of live rock, 2 inches of live sand, a Fluval 304, powerheads (3) and skimmer complete the assemble. The question is; 1.

What is your question?
