If a provider enters the HCPCS Level I, II or III code, units and/or NDC correctly, but does not enter the unit of measurement correctly, will that line item be denied?

No, not when the NDC number and HCPCS code match in the validation table. The NDC unit of measurement date will be collected only. The field does have to contain information, and we want providers to make their best attempt to list correct information.
