Services (CWS)/Case Management System (CMS)?
No. C-IV will interface with CWS/CMS. C-IV will receive information regarding foster care placements (mainly SOC158 type of information) via a daily batch one-way interface (from CWS/CMS to C-IV). CWS/CMS interface will alert the appropriate C-IV worker that data has been changed on CWS/CMS (C-IV data will not be overwritten by the new CWS/CMS data). It will be up to the worker to enter the appropriate data that he/she wants to keep in C-IV.
